Booking explanation:

  1. Check in after 3:00 pm, check out before 11:00 am
  2. Twin and double rooms are for two people and quad rooms are for four people. Extra accommodation rate charge is NT$800 person (Holiday is NT$1000 person, Chinese New Year is NT$1200 person). One kid under 7 years old or bellow 110cm height is free of charge.
  3. You will receive our response within 24 hours. Please feel free to contact us through emails if there are any questions after our response.
  4. If we are not able to offer the room types that you demand, we will report to you through email included the best recommendation.
  5. Special discount for reserving entire resort and various tour plans are available. Please contact us request service by making a call or email us to zenandpine@gmail.com.

Payment policy:

  1. Please make sure of your room types, dates, and amount before payment.
  2. After confirmation by phone, please transfer a deposit totaling 30 percent of the confirmed amount in two days. The reservation will be canceled without notification if the deposit is not received after two days.
  3. Reservations made for Chinese New Year dates require a prepayment of the full amount.

Cancellation policy:

  1. Deposits will not be returned for cancellations made on the check-in date.
  2. For cancellations made 1 day before the check-in date, 20% of deposit will be returned.
  3. Cancellation on 2 or 3 days before the check-in date, will allow 30% of the deposit to be returned.
  4. For cancellations on 4 to 6 days before the check-in date, 40% of deposit will be returned.
  5. Cancellation on 7 to 14 days before the check-in date will allow 50% of deposit to be returned.
  6. Your deposit will be returned 100% if you cancel your reservation at least 14 days before the check-in date.
  7. In the event of a natural disaster including earthquakes and land warning for typhoons from National Central Weather Bureau, deposits will be return.

*Note: For cancellations 14 days or more before check-in date due to personal reasons, we charge a NT$30 banking fee to return your whole deposit.
